Please note that all appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture. Any cancellation with no rescheduled service within 24 hours of appointment, will be charged a $45 fee that will be taken from the refund being issued back to you. If you do not attend your scheduled session and no prior notice is given, the session will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Refunds will not be granted for services rendered based on subjective expectations. Each session is provided with care and integrity, and results may vary depending on individual experiences and interpretations.
